State Assignor Coordinator
The State Assignor Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of referee
assignments by Oregon referee assignors. The State Assignor Coordinator is not
permitted to assign games or have the authority to reassign referees who have
accepted previous assignments.

David Cautley is the State Assignor Coordinator. He has been a USSF referee
since 1998, doing youth and lower-division adult games, and was an AYSO referee
for several years before that. He also serves high school soccer as well. In his
day job, he is a business process and information systems analyst and system
designer. David and his wife Susan have two children, Adrienne and Alex.
