The Oregon Referee Committee is run by a 3-member Board of Directors which consists of:
- the President of the Oregon Youth Soccer Association or someone appointed by the President
- the President of the Oregon Adult Soccer Association or someone appointed by the
President
- the State Referee Administrator, who is appointed jointly by the OYSA and the OASA.

Patrick Duffy |
Patrick Duffy is the SRA. He is a grade 6 referee and has done over 2,300 games - USSF, college and high school - from youth recreational to professional and international games, from U-10 through O-55. Pat is also a State Assessor and an Associate instr |

Roger Hamilton SR |
Roger Hamilton has been President of the Oregon Adult Soccer Association since 1989. He was an active referee until a bad knee forced his retirement except for some indoor officiating.

Matt Madeira |
Matt Madeira is the Oregon Youth Soccer Association representative on the Oregon Referee Committee as well as the new Vice President for the Oregon Youth Soccer Board of Directors. Matt has been actively involved in Oregon soccer since 1989.
