sites that have done that for us already. Instead, we’ve listed a few of the key

2007 LAW CHANGES
As many of you know, each year changes are made to the Laws of the Game. The Oregon Referee
Committee has decided, as it normally does, that Oregon referees should enforce these changes starting
September 1, 2007 when the fall leagues begin to play.
These are the documents you should study:
(1) The “USSF Memorandum 2007”, which lists all of the changes, describes their intent and indicates how
the USSF wants them implemented
(2) The full text of the Laws of the Game 2007/2008:
