Roger Hamilton has been President of the Oregon Adult Soccer Association since
1989. He was an active referee until a bad knee forced his retirement except for
some indoor officiating. An attorney in private practice, he continues to play coed
indoor soccer a couple times a week, often with his 3 children.

Patrick Duffy is the SRA. He has been a grade 6 referee since 1996 and has
officiated over 2,100 games, including USSF, NISOA and high school. Pat is also a
State Assessor and an Associate Instructor and was formerly the Chair of the ORC
Professionalism Committee. He is a Local Chapter Assessor for NISOA and, since
2005, has been the State Soccer Rules Interpreter for the Oregon Schools Activities
Association. Besides refereeing, Pat has played in both men's and co-ed leagues
and has coached micro-soccer, recreational and classic youth teams. He has been
President of the Westside Soccer Club, Westside Metros Soccer Club and Tualatin
Hills Junior Soccer League, and has served two years on the Oregon Youth Soccer
Association's board of directors. His daughter, Marlene Duffy, is a USSF grade 5
referee and a NISOA National Referee in Cal South.

Al King is the Oregon Youth Soccer Association representative on the ORC Board. Al
is a State Referee Emeritus, serves on the OYSA Board of Directors, and is currently
acting as President of the OYSA Foundation. In addition, he currently is on the
Springfield School Board. Al served in the Oregon Legislature from 1999 to 2003,
where he was the chief sponsor of the Referee Assault Bill on behalf of OYSA,
OASA, and the ORC, and sponsored successful legislation establishing referees as
independent contractors in Oregon. He refereed for many years with his daughter
Melanie, has officiated OYSA, adult, high school, AYSO, and college games, and was
an OYSA coach. Al was also the Tournament Director for several years of the
Oregon International Rotary Cup Tournament in Springfield. He has been an
investment professional for 33 years and is VP/ Financial Consultant with RBC Dain
Rauscher in Eugene. Al still referees occasionally and received his Associate
Assessor certification in 2007.
