ORC Coordinator
The Oregon Referee
Committee Coordinator performs administrative duties as
directed by the Board of Directors and SRA. The Coordinator receives and
processes most of the mail, messages and emails that are directed to the ORC,
maintains the ORC referee database and acts as the ORC bookkeeper. The
Coordinator also relieves the Committee team members of many of their
administrative duties so that they have more time to devote to developing and
executing their programs.

Peg Phillips has served as
the ORC Coordinator since 2004 and has been a
licensed referee since 2000. She is currently a Grade 6 Referee who officiates
for OYSA, GPSD, NUWS, MISOA and NISOA. She has been actively involved in
the soccer community since 1992 and currently is a licensed USSF assignor and
USSF instructor. When not promoting soccer, she is a Certified Picture Framer
and former President of the Professional Picture Framers Association of Oregon
and Cascade Picture Framers Guild. The owner of a small business since 1990,
she specializes in corporate accounts and memorabilia presentations. Her
husband of 23 years has often called her a high energy “deluxe edition” soccer
mom. Her 2 sons both played competitive soccer and are licensed referees, with
the oldest being a marine stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA and on deployment
in Iraq.
