Updating Contact Information

You’ve got a new postal or email address or a new phone number, so you should let
us know ASAP. Why? Here are some reasons:

Referee assignors’ primary source of contact information for referees is our database. If your
information is out of date, requests for your availability may stop coming.
We’ll notify the USSF of the changes, so that its database is current. When the USSF mails its re-
registration packages next year, you’ll actually get one. The Post Office doesn’t forward the
packages if your address is incorrect.
From time to time, we send out information and notices by postal mail and email. If we don’t have
your current address, you may not get this stuff.
If we need to phone you for any reason, we’ll be able to.
