You've been refereeing a while now and decided that you'd like to try to move up in grade.That's great!Probably the first thing you should do, if you haven't done so already, is read the requirements for the grade you are seeking, which are found in the Referee Administrative Handbook.
In Oregon, we ask that you contact the State Referee Administrator to indicate your desire to seek upgrade. Be prepared. For example, have a list of the games that qualify you to move to the next grade.
After we hear from you, we'll verify that you've met the applicable requirements so far and that you really are ready to proceed. We'll also try to answer your questions and do what we can to help you succeed.
