PLEASE NOTE:

There is a $10 fee to cancel a course enrollment without rescheduling.  The course fee will not be refunded if a registered student fails to attend.

TO REGISTER FOR A COURSE:

1. Click on the course listing below.

2. Enter UNIQUE email address.   (If you are registering multiple students, you must use a different e-mail address for each student.)

3. Enter and verify email address and contact information.

4. An email confirmation will be sent to your inbox. You MUST click on the link in the confirmation email to complete registration.

5. Pay for the class using PayPal. (Follow the onscreen prompts.) Print the PayPal receipt and bring it with you to class.

GRADE 8 COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 13 YEARS of age or older.

  • Complete online prerequisite materials on the US Soccer website. (The online ‘at home' portion of the class reduces the in class time, allowing the course to be easily completed over two days.)

  • Complete the mandatory concussion training and bring a printed copy of the certificate of completion with you to the entry-level course. You must retain a copy of the certificate for yourself, as you may be required to provide documentation of course completion to your assignors and/or contracting leagues.

  • A UNIQUE email address. (Once an email address has been used, it is linked to the original student. Only one student can be registered per email address.)

  • Students who do not complete the USSF online training AND the concussion training will NOT be registered.

When prompted, enter your name and enter the state as Oregon. Leave the clinic field blank.

All Students must complete the following Laws of the Game modules: 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17.

  • NOTE: You are not required to complete Laws 5, 6, 11, or 12 as they will be covered in detail in class; however, students are encouraged to do so.
  • NOTE: Students who do not complete the online training will not be registered.
